Return Policy
 

All prints are made to order, and returns for sake of exchanges are only accepted for damaged items.  Please inspect your print on delivery and contact me within 7 days if damaged or incorrect. 

 

After 7 days, if no contact has been made in good faith effort to report the incorrect/damaged product, the items will have been considered accepted and the sale will be considered final, with no exchange offered. 

 

To request any return/exchange due to damage, send an email to ebleiche@gmail.com with photos of the damaged product(s) and your order number.  For any verified issue requiring return/exchange, instructions will be provided within a reasonable time frame after notification.

Custom order prints are not eligible for general returns due to personalization and production.  In. the event of the custom product being damaged in transit, exchange is available if notifying Eric Bleicher Photography with 7 days of receiving the order.  All other prints (purchased as available stock item in person, online) may be eligible for a return within 14 days of purchase (EU only), and must be dated as such on shipping labels. 

 

For customers outside of the EU, the 7 day window expressed in paragraph one represents the window for return of general, available stock items that are sold online, in person, etc.  Refunds will be issued in those cases within 7-10 business days after receiving the returned product and confirming it is in its original condition. 

 

If an item is returned in a condition where it cannot be restocked due to damage, etc, discretion can be exercised by Eric Bleicher Photography to make a determination as to how much of a refund will be returned, including and up to no refund.

 

For all orders where a general return takes place, return shipping costs for those items will be the responsibility of the purchaser/person returning the items.  A 24 hour cancellation window is also available after an order has been placed. 

 

In order to request a cancellation, email Eric Bleicher directly at ebleiche@gmail.com to make the request.  After 24hrs, the cancellation window will close and the order will move forward.

 

*EU customers - customized orders are exempt from the 14 day return rights; a customized order is defined as an order for an item that is not listed in storefronts/point of sale as a stock item available for purchase.  This includes, and is not limited to, ordering.of available photos in sizes that are not listed as available options, larger scale prints above listed sizes, etc.

Your privacy and personal information matter.  As owner of Eric Bleicher Photography (www.ebleicher.com), my policy is:

 

1. What information I collect as a part of doing business

- Information that may include your name, shipping address, email contact, and phone number(s)

- Payment information is processed via Etsy and/or Wix, depending on which platform you use for point of sale

- Website usage info may be collected by the parties I utilize to run my shops (Etsy, Wix, etc), and I recommend you review their policies for further information; typical information that could be collected may include things like IP addresses, cookies, browsing behavior, and analytics, etc.

 

2. How I use your information as a part of conducting business

- I solely use information provided by you as part of transactions to support fulfilling them, honoring cancellations, and answering inquiries

- The information is also utilized to communicate important transaction information involving orders, updates, promotions, etc.

- I may reach out after hearing feedback in follow up, and communicate to ensure you are satisfied with you orders

 

3. How information is shared, and under what circumstances it may be shared

- It can be shared with shipping providers to deliver orders

- Platforms used for storefronts/point of sale (Wix/Etsy, etc) will communicate with payment processors for transaction handling

- I do not sell, divulge, or rent your information to third parties

- Information may be shared if required as part of any type of legal proceeding, etc.

 

4. How your information is protected

- Refer to policies laid out by storefront providers (Wix/Etsy, etc) for further information on how they protect your information to include things such as SSL encryption, secure payment gateways, etc.

- I do not retain your personal information as part of maintaining sales records

 

5. Cookies & tracking (Wix Only)

- My website via Wix (www.ebleicher.com) may use cookies and analytics to improve user experience while tracking site performance; you can opt out of this at any time, where applicable, by declining when the pop up appears

 

6. Access, correction, deletion of personal data (EU data protection laws)
